  • What services do you provide/specialise in?
    If you have a problem with any technology in your home or office, the chances are I can help you overcome it. See the Services page for my areas of expertise.
  • Is there any service you don't provide?
    At the moment, I am unable to provide screen repair/replacement services. Equally, if your device requires me to remove a screen to repair hardware I'm currently unable to undertake this work.
  • You don't have a price list on your website. What do you charge?
    No two issues will be the same, so it is unfair to both parties to give a set-in-stone fee structure. As a guide - virus removal and data recovery will cost about £75. A home-networking consultation and will cost £50 and basic parts replacement will cost around £100 including (but depending on) the hardware.
  • Do you take my equipment away?
    Again it depends on the problem. If I don't think I can resolve your issue at your home in around an hour or so then I will usually take it away. Equally if I need to use my own equipment to repair yours I will most likely have to .
  • How long before my equipment is returned to me?
    In all but the most serious of cases, your equipment will be returned to you within 48 hours, and most probably even less than that.
  • Are you genuinely No Fix, No Fee?"
    Absolutely. If I can't help you, you won't pay a penny.
  • When and how do you require payment?
    Once we are both satisfied the issue has been resolved, you can pay by cash, cheque or BACS.
  • Are you insured?
    Yes. In the extremely unlikely event your equipment or data is damaged by me or whilst in my possession, I have full public liabilty insurance.
